This returns and Refund Policy is effective for the “Gforce Tools” herein described as the retailer in Australia and covers all goods purchased either in store or on line.
Condition of return:
Returns must be conducted within 30 days of purchase. All returns must be in the original packaging and in an unused state. The retailer reserves the right to determine that goods are unused at the time of return. All returns will require a copy of proof of purchase
Process for return:
You may take your item to any of the retailers stores listed in the location tab https://gforcetools.com.au/our-service-centres/ of the retailer’s web site or call 1800 255 570 for details on how to return. If the customer requires products to be returned via freighting all costs for freight will be borne by the customer.
Faulty good returns:
If the goods are returned as a result of a manufacturer’s defect then the process for return policy will apply with the exception of the freight component that will be born by the retailer (in the form of a reimbursement of the customers freight costs) provided the cause of return is determined by the retailer to be manufacturer’s defect, if the cause is determined as wear and tear or operator’s negligence then all costs associated with the freight will be borne by the customer.
Returns for manufacturer’s defect must be received by the retailers prior to the expiration of warranty as listed on the customer’s invoice, any returns after the date of warranty has expired will not be accepted by the retailer.
Faulty goods responsibilities by the retailer:
The retailer warrants that all goods purchased by the customer will be of merchantable quality. If the customer returns an item owing to faulty manufacture and the retailer deems the return to be due to faulty manufacture then the retailer will have 3 options to remedy:
- Repair and return goods
- Replace goods with a new item (total warranty period will be from original purchase)
- If there is no repair or replacement option a full refund will be made by the retailer to the customer.

Refund Policy and/or Damaged or Faulty Products
If any product you order arrives damaged or is not of an acceptable quality you may have:
(a) rights under the Refund Policy;
(b) Legal rights and remedies in Australia under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 and other rights under other consumer laws applying in each Australian State and Territory; and/or
(c) To have the product repaired or replaced or to receive a refund of the price you paid for the product.
We recommend you immediately inspect any goods that we deliver to you, to ensure you are completely satisfied with the goods, including that the goods are of acceptable quality, and match the description we have provided to you.
Signing the delivery note means you have received the goods and they are in good working order and take ownership for those goods.
Gforce Tools will not be liable for these goods once the delivery note is signed, however if you subsequently discover the goods are faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately as per the details below.

Please choose carefully as refunds are not normally provided where you have simply changed your mind, made a wrong selection or found similar goods at a cheaper price elsewhere.

Our refunds policy aims to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase while protecting Gforce Tools from the costs incurred from delivery or postage of the returns. Any return delivery costs will be at the purchaser’s expense, unless they are related to faulty or damaged goods.
However in the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, we would be happy to consider any genuine request for a refund, exchange or credit for goods you have purchased from Gforce Tools.
